Partner Charities

The KECC consists of six charities, all of which are federations existing throughout Kentucky.  The participating charities are: Christian Appalachian Project, Community Health Charities of Kentucky, Easter Seals Kentucky, Prevent Child Abuse-Kentucky, United Way of Kentucky, and WHAS Crusade for Children.

Each of the participating charities undergo rigorous scrutiny by the Personnel Cabinet and must meet stringent guidelines.  More than a thousand charitable programs are represented by the six approved charities.   Click on any of the charity names below to learn more about that charity.

Christian Appalachian Project

CAP serves all 49 Appalachian counties of Kentucky. The majority of those counties are the most economically depressed areas of the state. For more information visit www.christianapp.org

Community Health Charities

Community Health Charities of Kentucky is a Federation of Kentucky's premier health organizations that have joined together to raise charitable contributions in the workplace.  Employee donations are used to support our member charities and provide research, patient services and outreach in local communities.  Employees designate the charity or charities where they want their donations to go, and Community Health Charities does the rest!
